Biznes Finans to issue 40 bln soums in bonds

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Microfinance organization Biznes Finans plans to issue its sixth corporate bond placement totaling 40 billion soums, according to capital market firm KAP DEPO.

The bonds will have a nominal value of 100,000 soums each, an annual coupon rate of 24%, and a three-year circulation period. Founders of Biznes Finans approved the issue decision on 6 August 2026, with coupon payments set to be distributed monthly.

Placement of the securities will commence on the 15th day following the official media publication of the state registration notice for the bond issue.

The upcoming issue marks the sixth placement in the history of Biznes Finans. The company registered its inaugural issue of 10 billion soums at a 27% annual coupon rate in July 2022.

Biznes Finans subsequently registered its second issue of 20 billion soums at 27% per annum in August 2023, followed by a third issue of 30 billion soums at the same coupon rate in November 2024. In July 2025, the firm placed a fourth issue of 25 billion soums with a yield of 28% per annum, before placing its fifth issue of 10 billion soums at 27% per annum in January 2026.

The sixth issue features a lower coupon rate of 24% annually compared to previous offerings, while representing the largest single issue size in the company's history at 40 billion soums.
