Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Bakhtiyor Tugambaevich Rakhmankulov has been appointed head of an inspection within Uzbekistan's Ministry of Emergency Situations, the ministry's press service said.

Before his appointment, Rakhmankulov headed Tashkent's Yashnabad district, serving as district governor from August 2020.

Over the course of his career, he has also held senior positions within the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Tashkent's city administration.
