Asaka Bank to place shares for 64.508bn soums

Joint stock commercial bank “Asaka” will place shares for about 64.508 billion soums.
The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the decision on emission of the stocks of the bank.
Within the emission, the bank will place 464,052,015 ordinary shares with par value of 139.01 soums.
The shares will be placed on closed subscription among the shareholders of Asaka Bank.
