Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Ferghana region Governor Khayrullo Bozorov visited AHA Co., Ltd during a working visit to South Korea, where he discussed the company's projects in the region and prospects for attracting new Korean investors, the Ferghana regional administration said.
AHA Co., Ltd CEO Ku Gi-do presented information on projects the company plans to implement in Ferghana region, as well as further areas of cooperation.
The company is already working on a prospective project in the region. In addition, AHA Co., Ltd intends to contribute to the development of Ferghana region, support startups founded by young specialists and promote the introduction of modern knowledge and technologies in artificial intelligence and information technology.
A separate area of cooperation concerns support for youth initiatives, including assistance in implementing innovative ideas developed by young professionals and advancing projects related to modern technologies.
The participants also discussed cooperation in sports. Plans call for establishing ties between South Korean football club Paju Frontier and Neftchi Korea, a football club established by compatriots.
The sides are expected to exchange experience and implement joint sports initiatives.
Bozorov thanked AHA Co., Ltd for its initiatives in Ferghana region and its contribution to developing cooperation. Korean business representatives were also presented with information about the region's investment potential, conditions for foreign investors, its history and modern development priorities.
The regional governor invited Korean entrepreneurs to participate in new investment projects in Ferghana region and develop mutually beneficial cooperation.
As part of the event, representatives of Korean business circles met with entrepreneurs from Ferghana region, providing an opportunity to establish direct business contacts and discuss prospects for further cooperation.
In addition, AHA Co., Ltd, the Korean International University in Ferghana and KAHC — The Korea Association for Health & Beauty Certification — gave presentations on their activities.
