Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A total of 33,631 real estate and vehicle purchase and sale transactions were conducted through escrow accounts in Uzbekistan in October 2026. Of these, 16,893 involved real estate and 16,738 involved vehicles.
The number of real estate transactions increased by 182, or 1.1%, compared with September.
Tashkent recorded the highest number of transactions, at 10,674. It was followed by Ferghana Region with 3,121 deals, Samarkand Region with 2,933 and Namangan Region with 2,179.
The capital accounted for 31.7% of all transactions, while the remaining regions accounted for 68.3%.
In October, banks provided information on 6,509 transactions. Of these, 2,954 involved vehicle sales and 3,555 concerned real estate.
