Afghan Car Dealers Explore Uzbek Automotive Market

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A delegation of more than 30 major Afghan entrepreneurs operating in the automobile trade has arrived in Uzbekistan. The purpose of the visit is to explore opportunities for expanding supplies of Uzbek-manufactured vehicles to the Afghan market.

According to the organizers, the visit was initiated by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the Tashkent City Khokimiyat. As part of the program, Afghan entrepreneurs will visit dealership centers, car markets, and companies engaged in automobile exports.

A key event will be B2B meetings between representatives of the business communities of the two countries. Participants will discuss prospects for increasing automobile exports, developing logistics routes, expanding the dealership network, and concluding new trade agreements.

The visit is expected to strengthen business ties between automotive companies in Uzbekistan and Afghanistan and promote Uzbek automotive products in the Afghan market.
