Acting Head of Main Directorate for Strategic Analysis and Planning of MFA appointed

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An acting head of the Main Directorate for Strategic Analysis and Planning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan was appointed.

According to the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, on 24 September 2018, Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov, at an enlarged meeting of the College, introduced Farrukh Tursunov, newly appointed acting chief of the Main Directorate for Strategic Analysis and Planning.

Prior to this appointment, he worked as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Japan and Kazakhstan.
