Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- A major deal with shares of JSCB Kapitalbank was registered at the Uzbekistan Stock Exchange.
According to the stock exchange, on 28 December, over 214.41 million shares of Kapitalbank were sold.
The price of one share within the framework of this transaction was 3,670 soums with a par value of 950 soums. The total amount of the transaction exceeded 786.89 billion soums.
It should be noted that this block of shares is equal to 50% of the authorized capital of Kapitalbank.
