Uzmetkombinat to issue bonds for 50 billion soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzmetkombinat JSC plans to issue corporate bonds worth 50 billion soums.

The planned coupon rate on the bonds will be 23% per annum. The circulation period of corporate bonds of Uzmetkombinat is 18 months.

The company has published a competition for the selection of an investment advisor and underwriter to organize the issuance of corporate bonds.

Consultants and underwriters must guarantee 100% placement of the bonds issued.
