Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — At the annual general meeting of shareholders of JSC UZEX, held on 18 March 2026, a decision was made to distribute 2025 net profits totaling 343.5 billion soums.

Under the resolution, 292.3 billion soums (85% of profits) will be allocated for dividends on ordinary shares, providing shareholders with 780 soums per share, equivalent to 10.4% of the market value as of the meeting date. Dividends will be paid from 19 March through 15 May 2026.

A total of 13.7 billion soums (4.0%) will be allocated for remuneration of participants involved in financial results and governance, 12.3 billion soums (3.6%) for the formation of the reserve fund, 4.3 billion soums (1.3%) to the UZEX Development and Innovation Fund, and 2.0 billion soums (0.6%) to the Fund for Settlement of Exchange Transactions. The remaining 18.7 billion soums (5.5%) will remain undistributed.

Additionally, the shareholders’ meeting annulled part of the 10 June 2011 decision that had allocated 14.4% of 2010 net profits (357.4 million soums) to interest repayment on a loan. This amount will now return to UZEX’s undistributed profits.
