Uzbekistan Stock Exchange issues shares worth 5 billion soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) —  Uzbekistan Stock Exchange (UZSE) has registered the issuance of shares amounting to 5 billion soums, as reported in the official notification from the exchange.

As part of this issuance, 1,953,125 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 2,560 soums each have been released, totaling 5 billion soums.

The shares will be placed through a closed subscription, with the Korean Stock Exchange receiving the shares from this issuance.

The issuance was registered on 23 October 2024.
