Uzbekistan receives money transfers for US$2.3 billion in 1H

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan received remittances worth US$2.3 billion in the first half of 2018, according to the Central Bank.

The report of the Central Bank “Monetary Policy Review” noted that money transfers of individuals in January-June of 2018 increased by 14%.

The volume of remittances received amounted to US$2.3 billion in the reporting period.
