Uzbekistan GDP per Capita Reaches 27.95 Million Soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan’s gross domestic product (GDP) per capita amounted to 27.95 million soums in January-June 2026, according to the National Statistics Committee.
In real terms, the indicator increased by 6.6% compared with the same period in 2025.
According to preliminary data from the committee, GDP per capita stood at 23.89 million soums in January-June 2025. Thus, the nominal value of the indicator increased by more than 4 million soums year on year.
The long-term trend also shows an increase in GDP per capita. In January-June 2022, the indicator amounted to 12.46 million soums, rising to 14.58 million soums in 2023 and 18.13 million soums in 2024.
In January-June 2025, GDP per capita reached 23.89 million soums, while in the same period of 2026 it increased to 27.95 million soums.
As a result, the indicator more than doubled over five years, rising from 12.46 million soums in January-June 2022 to 27.95 million soums in January-June 2026.
