Uzbekistan Discusses Dairy Localization with Logika Moloka
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, Jamshid Khodjayev, held negotiations on 24 June 2026 with the Executive Director of Logika Moloka, Aleksandr Tarasov. The parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the dairy industry.
During the meeting, the interlocutors reviewed issues concerning the localization of production, the introduction of modern milk processing technologies, the development of cooperation with domestic producers, as well as the organization of finished product manufacturing on the basis of the production capacities of enterprises in Uzbekistan.
Logika Moloka is a major producer of dairy products with a modern manufacturing and logistics infrastructure and experience operating in international markets.
The holding is a leading manufacturer of dairy products and baby food, uniting 13 plants across the territory of Russia. The company's product portfolio covers both traditional dairy products and modern functional desserts, as well as specialized nutrition for children of various ages.
The foundation of the classic assortment is formed by the "Prostokvashino" brand, under which basic dairy products are manufactured, including milk, kefir, sour cream, cottage cheese, cream, and butter.
In the functional nutrition market, the holding is represented by the "ActiBio" brand (formerly known as "Activia"), which offers probiotic-enriched cultured milk drinks, yogurts, and high-protein products. The holding's dessert line is covered by the "Danissimo" brand, which specializes in delicate curd snacks and various flavored desserts.
In the baby food category, the company is developing two major brands simultaneously. The "Tyoma" brand is targeted at the youngest consumers and includes meat and vegetable purees, juices, specialized milk, and curd snacks. In turn, the "Rastishka" brand offers yogurts, curd snacks, and drinkable biolacts designed to meet the needs of older children.
According to the assessment of the Uzbek side, the company could become a promising partner for implementing joint projects in the field of milk processing, baby food production, and high-value-added dairy products.
Following the negotiations, the parties agreed to continue working on specific models of cooperation involving profile ministries, local producers, and potential partners.
