Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- On 19 August 2020, the Capital Market Development Agency registered an additional issue of shares of the Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange in the amount of 49,972,280 common shares for a total of 31,482,536,400 soums.
The Supervisory Board of UzEX on 22 June 2020 decided to issue shares in pursuance of the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of UzEX from 22 May 2020 on capitalization of retained earnings in 2015-2019.
At the same time, by the decision of the Supervisory Board of UzEX from 7 August 2020, taking into account the requirements of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On joint stock companies and protection of shareholders' rights", it was decided to distribute additional shares among the shareholders registered in the register of shareholders of UzEX for the third calendar the day after the state registration of the additional issue of shares, namely, as of 22 August 2020.
