Unibaltik Insurance to be reorganized

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Shareholders of foreign enterprise Unibaltik Insurance in form of closed joint stock company adopted decision to reorganize the company.

In line with the decision of the shareholders, Unibaltik Insurance will be reorganized into limited liability company.

All liabilities of Unibaltik Insurance in relation to creditors and debtors, including all its rights and obligations, will be handed over to newly created Unibaltik Insurance LLC.

The company was founded in 2005 as Fotis Sug’urta. In March 2009, the company was renamed into Unibaltik Insurance.

The company works in insurance market of Uzbekistan based on license of the Ministry of Finance No. 00119 from 14 April 2009.
