The practice of selling state property for "1 soum" will be abolished

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Amendments and additions were made to some legislative acts by the presidential decree.

In accordance with the amendments, the followings are canceled:

the practice of selling state-owned real estate objects at "zero" purchase value with the acceptance of investment obligations by regional khokimiyats;

the procedure for placing public facilities for public auction on the basis of social obligations at a starting cost of “1 soum”.
