The restaurant, named “Samarkand” offers traditional Uzbek cuisine such as plov, kazan kabob, lagman or soup-shurpa.
The embassy said that there are many restaurants with various cuisines in Prague, but there was no Uzbek restaurant in the Czech capital. Currently, Uzbek cuisine can be tasted in Karlovy Vary.
New restaurant has large hall and several VIP salons with Uzbek trestle-beds.
