Premier Electronics Signs US$2 Million Contract with Syria

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Uzbek home appliance manufacturer Premier Electronics has signed an export contract with the Syrian distribution company Kalash Trading Company LTD totaling US$2 million. The agreement was reached with the assistance of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

A Syrian delegation visited the manufacturing facilities of Premier Electronics, where they toured the workshops producing refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, and air conditioners. Following the negotiations, the parties agreed on the supply of Uzbek household appliances to the Syrian market and discussed prospects for further cooperation.

Under the concluded contract, a wide range of household appliances is planned for export to Syria. The implementation of the project is expected to expand the presence of Uzbek products in Middle Eastern markets and strengthen the international position of the Made in Uzbekistan brand.
