Number of regions with a population of one million increased by one more

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As of 1 October 2020, the resident population of Navoi region made up 1 million people and was included in the list of regions with a population of over one million people.

According to the information, the resident population of Syrdarya region was 856,900 people, and remains the only region with a population of less than a million people.
