Uzbektelecom receives O‘z DSt ISO 9001:2009 certificate

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbektelecom joint stock company received a certificate on compliance to international standards of O‘z DSt ISO 9001:2009 (ISO 9001:2008), issued in the result of certification audit of the company.

The company said that the quality management system helps to distribute responsibilities t personal and set necessary procedures at all levels, which in its turn will help to improve quality of services.

The certificate was issued by Scientific-research institute of standardization, metrology and certification, accredited by Uzbektelecom.

Uzbektelecom said it developed documentation and introduced quality management system in line with requirements of O‘z DSt ISO 9001:2009 (ISO 9001:2008). The quality management system is developed to satisfy demands of consumers in telecommunication services.
