Military helicopter Mi-8 crashed in Samarkand region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- An aviation accident occurred in Uzbekistan on 17 November: a military Mi-8 helicopter crashed at the Kattakurgan training ground in Samarkand region, the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan said.

The incident occurred during a training flight, and the entire crew died at the scene.

A special commission has been formed to determine the causes of the accident.
