Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- In the first quarter of 2024, more than 52.6 thousand license plates worth 212.2 billion soums were sold through online auctions. This was reported by the Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange (UZEX).
According to UZEX data, sales volume increased 3.2 times both in quantitative and total terms compared to last year.
In the first quarter of 2023, more than 16 thousand license plates worth 66.5 billion soums were sold.
It should be noted that sales in the first three months of 2024 were more than half of sales for all of last year.
In 2023, more than 87 thousand license plates were sold worth 396.1 billion soums.
