Khasan Salikhov appointed President's representative for culture

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed decrees concerning personnel changes in the cultural sector.

According to the presidential decree, Khasan Salikhov has been appointed Representative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Culture. Prior to this new appointment, he headed the Creative Industry Park.

By another decree, Giyosiddin Rejabov was relieved of his post as Representative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Culture due to his transfer to another job.

As a reminder, Giyosiddin Rejabov had held this position since the end of April 2026.
