Kapitalbank secures €15 million loan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Kapitalbank has signed an agreement with Germany’s Helaba (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen) for a bilateral trade finance loan worth €15 million.

The agreement was finalized during the Euromoney 2025 International Economic Forum, held in Vienna on 14–15 January.

This strategic partnership aims to promote the development of export-import operations and strengthen economic ties between Uzbekistan and Germany.

Under the agreement, the loan will be used to finance international trade projects and support entrepreneurial activities in both countries.
