Fire at Tashkent national cuisine restaurant quickly extinguished

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Today, on 5 July 2026, at 10:10, the Tashkent City Emergency Situations Department received a report of a fire at a national cuisine restaurant located on Ahmad Donish Street in the Yunusabad district.

Fire and rescue units arrived at the scene just four minutes later, at 10:14. Thanks to the prompt actions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations personnel, the fire was completely extinguished by 10:17.

According to preliminary data, the roof of the restaurant's kitchen area was damaged as a result of the fire.

According to emergency services, there were no fatalities or injuries. The causes of the fire are being established.
