Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) – Capital Market Development Agency (CMDA) is working on creation of a community of investment and financial analysts.
Participants are currently being recruited to the Community of Investment and Financial Analysts under the Capital Market Development Agency. The main goal is to provide a platform for participants in investment activities and the country’s financial market, exchange experience and knowledge, discuss current problems and solutions, improve professional skills aimed at developing all segments of the financial market of Uzbekistan, the press service of the Capital Market Development Agency reported.
In addition, the Capital Market Development Agency begins to cooperate with the Institute of Corporate Finance (CFI, Canada), and will assist in the passage of their certified programs by participants in the capital market of Uzbekistan. CFI programs provide skills in company financial modeling, business valuation, investment risk analysis, and how securities markets work.
“Within the framework of cooperation, the Agency will contribute to the successful completion of courses and increase the number of professionally certified financial analysts, providing all kinds of support to students during registration and in the learning process, as well as organizing translations of some of the educational material into Uzbek and Russian,” Atabek Nazirov, Director of the Capital Market Development Agency, said.
