Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Bakhtiyor Shamuratov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of Uzbekistan's Tourism Committee, responsible for compliance and internal anti-corruption controls.
The appointment was made under an order signed by the Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan.
Shamuratov was born in Tashkent in 1978.
He graduated from Tashkent State Agrarian University in 1999 and from the Tax Academy under Uzbekistan's State Tax Committee in 2002.
