Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Last week, the initial issue of shares of Mega Pro Business (Tashkent), which became a joint stock company, was put on depositary account. The state registration of the issue of shares was carried out on 29 June 2020. The initial authorized capital of the company is 29.24 billion soums. Head of the company is Akhmatakhunov Eldor Tolkunbaevich.
At the end of the first half of 2020, there were 594 organizations in Uzbekistan in joint stock company. The volume of their shares is 145.41 trillion soums. Also, additional issues of shares of Uzkhimprom for 379.05 billion soums, Orient Finans Bank for 206.32 billion soums and the Company for refinancing mortgages of Uzbekistan for 75 billion soums placed among predetermined persons were put on depositary account.
Shares from before the issue will be offered to the following 12 banks:
- Mortgage Bank - 20 billion soums
- Qishloq Qurilish Bank - 10 billion soums
- NBU - 10 billion soums
- PSB - 8 billion soums
- People’s Bank - 7 billion soums
- Agro Bank - 5 billion soums
- Asaka Bank - 5 billion soums
- Turon Bank - 3 billion soums
- Orient Finans Bank - 3 billion soums
- Hamkorbank - 2 billion soums
- Kapitalbank - 1 billion soums
- InFinBank - 1 billion soums
