Uzbekistan's Natural Honey Imports Nearly Triple

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan imported 642.2 tonnes of natural honey worth US$584,400 during the first four months of 2026, according to the National Statistics Committee.

The volume of imports increased by 422.4 tonnes, or 2.9 times, compared with the same period of 2025.

Kazakhstan was the largest supplier of natural honey to Uzbekistan, exporting 372 tonnes. Kyrgyzstan ranked second with 168 tonnes, followed by Russia with 87.9 tonnes.

Germany supplied 10 tonnes of natural honey during the period, while Hungary exported 2.2 tonnes.

Other countries accounted for a combined 2.1 tonnes of imported natural honey.
