Uzbekistan Ranks Third for Web Browsing Speed in nPerf 2026
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan ranked third for fixed internet web browsing performance among countries with comparable levels of economic development, according to nPerf test results.
Based on tests conducted between January and May 2026, Uzbekistan placed third among 14 countries with GDP per capita ranging from US$1,000 to US$4,000, achieving a web browsing performance score of 54.8%.
The index measures how quickly and smoothly the five most visited websites in each country load.
Only Kyrgyzstan, with 56.5%, and Cambodia, with 55.6%, ranked ahead of Uzbekistan. The gap between Uzbekistan and the top-ranked country was 1.7 percentage points, indicating little difference in user experience among the top three performers.
For comparison, Myanmar, which ranked last, trailed Kyrgyzstan by 22.5 percentage points.
Uzbekistan ranked ahead of Tanzania, Togo, Benin, Egypt, Kenya and Pakistan.
