Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- In the first 6 months of 2021, 1,172 enterprises of the metallurgical industry of the republic produced goods worth 44.96 trillion soums, the State Committee on Statistics said.
In 2021, enterprises of the metallurgical industry produced:
in January 6.82trillion soums (index of physical volume 103.9 percent);
In January-February 13.2 trillion soums (index of physical volume 105.4 percent);
In January-March 20.66 trillion soums (index of physical volume 107.9 percent);
In January-April, 28.82 trillion soums (index of physical volume 111.2 percent);
In January-May 36.08 trillion soums (index of physical volume 111.7 percent).
The largest share in the total volume of products produced by enterprises of the metallurgical industry in the republic fell on the Navoi region – 50.4% (31 enterprises of the metallurgical industry), the Tashkent region – 39.5% (137), as well as the city of Tashkent – 7.8 % (311).
