Samarkand Bank to raise charter capital by 26bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Open joint stock commercial bank Samarkand is planning to increase its charter capital by 26 billion soums.

The decision on increase charter capital by 26 billion soums was adopted at the General Shareholders’ Meeting. In 2010, the paid charter capital of Samarkand Bank made up 21.9 billion soums.

The shareholders of the bank approved emission of 520,000 ordinary shares with par value of 50,000 soums each.
