Namangan and Grodno Regions Sign Cooperation Memorandum

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Namangan Region Khokim Shavkatjon Abdurazzokov and Yuri Karaev, chairman of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee, signed a bilateral memorandum of cooperation to expand regional ties, according to the Namangan regional administration's press service.

The agreement was signed during a visit by an Uzbek delegation to Belarus, where leaders of the two regions met to discuss economic potential and prospects for establishing long-term partnership mechanisms.

The talks focused primarily on developing cooperation in agriculture, light industry, and entrepreneurship. Both parties expressed readiness to advance joint efforts in these sectors following the signing of the memorandum.
