Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A major resort property has been put up for sale in Uzbekistan, with the Aydar-Arnasoy Resort Complex tourism facility listed for purchase directly on the coast of Lake Aydarkul.
The recreational property occupies an extensive total area of approximately 24 hectares. The infrastructure and capacity of the complex are designed to accommodate more than 600 vacationers simultaneously, making it one of the largest hotel business projects in the region.
The room inventory of the complex offered for sale features a variety of accommodation formats. It includes a classic hotel with 99 comfortable rooms, a budget hostel designed for 85 rooms, and 40 modern, high-tech capsule houses for travelers seeking privacy.
In addition, the asset structure includes its own specialized health and spa center oriented toward providing therapeutic and preventive medical services.
An autonomous tourism and entertainment infrastructure is fully established and operational within the secured territory.
Guests have access to a landscaped sandy beach area covering 5 hectares, two permanent restaurant complexes, an outdoor swimming pool, specialized retail spaces for commercial operations, and a wide range of leisure and entertainment facilities.
For water-based recreational activities, the complex is equipped with its own fleet of water transport, consisting of motorboats and excursion vessels of various types and displacements.
The full investment value of the presented tourism project amounts to 362.7 billion soums, including value-added tax (VAT).
To stimulate the transaction and support potential investors, flexible financial tools have been provided. If necessary, up to 85% of the total declared value of the property complex can be financed through a targeted preferential loan provided by the National Bank of Uzbekistan (NBU).
