Javlon Vakhabov becomes Ambassador of Uzbekistan to United States

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan appointed new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United States of America, the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.

Javlon Vakhabov has been appointed to the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to the United States of America (USA).

Prior to this appointment, Javlon Vakhabov worked as the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.

According to the foreign policy department of Uzbekistan, Javlon Vakhabov left Tashkent for New York on 12 October 2017.
