Head of Chechnya arrives in Uzbekistan on a working visit

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov arrived in Uzbekistan with a two-day working visit on 16 October 2017.

During the visit to Uzbekistan Ramzan Kadyrov will hold a meeting with President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The parties plan to discuss issues of cultural, spiritual and economic cooperation, RIA Novosti reported.

Ramzan Kadyrov will visit a number of Islamic monuments in Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara.

The head of Chechnya will visit a plant for processing fruits and vegetables in Uzbekistan and explore promising joint projects.
