Fraudster not fulfill his promise, spend money for his own needs

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- A citizen O.R. promised to citizen A.K. to purchase five cars and took US$69,000 and 22.4 million soums.

The fraudster did not fulfill his promise and used the money for his own needs.

The citizen O.R. was detained. The criminal case was opened and investigation is underway.
