AFC investigates match-fixing claim

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- AFC is investigating allegations of match-fixing linked to the AFC Cup Group H match between Singapore side Home United and Maldives’ Club Valencia on 21 April at Jalan Besar Stadium.

AFC has received the official match report and is seeking further information from both clubs.

AFC condemns any form of match-fixing and is determined to act against those who bring football in the continent into disrepute by attempting to influence the outcome of games.
