UzSE records deals for US$1.14m last week

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The volume of deals at the national currency platform of the Uzbekistan Stock Exchange "Tashkent" (UzSE) grew by 30.4 times on 27–30 September compared to previous week. The trade volume reached 1.84 billion soums or US$1.14 million at the CBU exchange rate.

There was no Repo and hard currency deal this week.

Total volume of deals with shares rose by 30.4 times comparing to the previous period and made US$1,14 million at the CBU rate.

Volume of deals with shares of banks made up 1.83 million soums (US$1.13 million at the CBU rate), which is up by 37.1 times.

Leader in terms of volume in banking sector for the period was shares of Uktam Bank. Total volume of deals made up 901.53 million soums (US$556,430 at the CBU rate). Last share price was 1,000 soums.

Leader in terms of growth was shares of Turon Bank (+40 %). Leader in terms of fall was shares of Turkiston Bank (-2.44 %).

Among other traded shares of last period were shares of Ipoteka Bank, Kapital Bank and Savdogar Bank.
