Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan’s National Committee for Ecology and Climate Change has announced a call for commercial proposals to develop and implement a digital “Fisherman Card” system, known as Fisherman ID.
According to the technical specifications, contractors must submit the system architecture, user interface design and procedures for using the platform. Proposals must meet the established requirements.
Fisherman ID will comprise several functional modules, including the issuance of fishing permits with a payment system and personal account, an open portal and registry of fishing zones, a booking and QR-pass system, a personal account for partners, an integrated marketplace, and an administrative system with billing and analytics functions.
The system will be available as a mobile application for Android and iOS. It is also expected to integrate with Click and Payme payment systems, mapping platforms, the Telegram Bot API and other services.
The contractor will be required to ensure the system’s information security, deploy it on the committee’s servers, conduct testing, prepare the necessary documentation and train users.
Following the launch, the system will receive 12 months of warranty technical support.
Commercial proposals are being accepted by email at ecotourismhunting@uznature.uz. The deadline for submissions is 23 September.
