Uzbek Swimmers Win Gold and Bronze at Asian Championships

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan won one gold and one bronze medal during the latest day of competition at the Asian Aquatics Championships for various age categories in Thailand.

Muhammadismoil Rakhmonov claimed the gold medal in the boys' under-18 200-metre breaststroke event.

Parizod Abdukarimova won bronze in the girls' under-18 100-metre backstroke event.

With these results, Uzbekistan added two more medals to its tally at the continental championships.
