Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A Tashkent region delegation led by regional governor Zoyir Mirzayev discussed the implementation of modern energy and infrastructure projects with HNAC Technology Co., Ltd. during a working visit to China, the Tashkent region administration's press service said. The two sides signed a cooperation agreement following the meeting.
The meeting took place on 17 September in the city of Changsha and was attended by Zhang Zengchen, vice president and international general director of HNAC Technology Co., Ltd., and head of the company's international business division.
The two sides examined opportunities for cooperation in energy, automation, water management, renewable energy sources, energy storage systems and modern engineering solutions.
HNAC Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 1993, specialises in developing automation technologies and digital solutions for hydropower, new energy, energy storage systems and power supply. The company operates in more than 70 countries and is involved in a number of hydropower projects in Uzbekistan.
The talks focused in particular on the implementation of energy and infrastructure projects in the Tashkent region, the introduction of advanced technologies, improving energy efficiency and expanding investment cooperation.
The two sides also considered specific proposals for the joint implementation of promising projects in the region, the development of technological interaction and long-term partnership.
The signed agreement is intended to take cooperation between the Tashkent region and HNAC Technology Co., Ltd. to a new stage.
