Silk Avia to Launch New Bukhara-Sariosiyo Flight Route

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A new regular domestic flight route connecting Bukhara and Sariosiyo will begin operating in Uzbekistan on 10 July 2026. The flights will be operated by Silk Avia, with a travel time of approximately one hour.

Flights will run once a week, on Fridays.

Departure from Bukhara is scheduled for 08:30 local time, with arrival in Sariosiyo at 09:30. The return flight will depart from Sariosiyo at 10:10 and arrive in Bukhara at 11:20.

The expansion of the domestic aviation network is expected to enhance transport connectivity between regions, reduce travel times for residents and tourists, and make travel across Uzbekistan more convenient.

The Surkhandarya region possesses significant tourism potential. Through the Sariosiyo airport, travelers will be able to reach mountainous areas, natural attractions, ecological routes, and other tourist sites in the region.
