Shomurodov Scores and Assists for Basaksehir

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — İstanbul Başakşehir F.K. secured a convincing victory over Samsunspor in a Matchday 33 fixture of the Turkish Super Lig, with Uzbekistan internationals Eldor Shomurodov and Abbos Fayzullayev among the standout performers.

Shomurodov started for the home side and played the full match. The striker opened the scoring in the sixth minute after converting a penalty.

Before halftime, the Uzbek forward added an assist, helping his teammates extend the lead in the 43rd minute.

Midfielder Fayzullayev began the match on the bench and entered the game in the 70th minute. Eight minutes after coming on, he also found the net.
