Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Tashkent city administration has allocated a 0.08-hectare plot of land in the Chilanzar district to the capital's Main Interior Ministry Department for the construction of a service centre for citizens. The corresponding resolution has been published on the E-qaror platform.
The plot is located in the territory of the Kazirabad mahalla, between houses 16 and 52/2 along the Malaya Koltsevaya road.
According to open data, this refers to a commercial building near the Chilanzar metro station, where a KFC restaurant and other facilities are located, as well as an SSKI building about 700 metres to the south-east, next to a Korzinka store.
The new centre is planned to provide prompt services related to migration, road safety and probation. The institution will operate within the structure of the Chilanzar department for coordinating interior bodies.
The Tashkent Main Interior Ministry Department has been instructed to place an order for the preparation of a topographic map of the territory and a geological report on the land plot.
After that, the department must conclude a contract with a design organisation and submit the developed documentation for approval.
Control over the implementation of the resolution has been assigned to Bakhtiyor Rakhmonov, first deputy Tashkent city governor for construction, the creation of a barrier-free environment, communications development, ecology and landscaping.
