The head of Uzbekistan appointed Aziz Abdukhakimov to the post of Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan - head of the complex for education, health, ecology, environmental protection, physical culture and sports.

At this post, Aziz Abduhakimov replaced Kahramon Akmalov. Prior to this appointment, he served as chairman of the State Committee for Tourism Development of Uzbekistan.

Bakhtiyor Umarov became new head of the State Committee for Tourism, who previously served as First Deputy Minister of Innovation Development.
