NAPP Issues First Bookmaking Licenses in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The National Agency for Perspective Projects (NAPP) has issued its first licenses for bookmaking activities and the organization of risk-based games on the internet. According to the agency's license register, permits were granted to the companies Olimpbet and Aurum Vale.

Each company was issued two licenses for a five-year term, valid until 30 July 2031.

Olimpbet received ITO license No. 001 to conduct risk-based games on the internet via the olimpbet.uz website, as well as BF license No. 001 for bookmaking activities. Both licenses were issued on 31 July 2026 pursuant to NAPP Orders No. 62 and No. 63 dated 27 July.

Aurum Vale received ITO license No. 002 to organize risk-based games on the internet via the oltinbet.uz website and BF license No. 002 for bookmaking activities. These were also issued on 31 July pursuant to NAPP Orders No. 64 and No. 65 dated 27 July.

According to data from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations, Olimpbet was registered on 2 June 2021 in Tashkent's Chilanzar District. Its primary activity is listed as other recreational and entertainment activities. The charter capital stands at 63.1 billion soums. The company's founders are Rif Amirovich Sharaev with a 50 percent stake, Sergei Gennadievich Kozyavkin with 17.4 percent, Darina Borisovna Denisova with 16.3 percent, and Andrei Nikolaevich Petukhov with 16.3 percent. Natalya Aleksandrovna Demidova is listed as the company's head.

Aurum Vale was registered on 14 July 2025 in Tashkent's Bektemir District. The company's primary activity is other information service activities not elsewhere classified.

Its charter capital amounts to 67.2 billion soums. The sole founder of the company is Abror Sabitovich Shermatov, who holds a 100 percent stake. Vasily Vladimirovich Biryukov is listed as the head.
