Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Kyrgyzstan’s Cabinet of Ministers has approved an agreement with the Ministry of Defence of Uzbekistan on cooperation in the field of military intelligence.
The agreement was signed on 30 July 2026 in Cholpon-Ata. The resolution was adopted to complete the domestic procedures required for the agreement to enter into force.
Kyrgyzstan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs was instructed to notify the Uzbek side that the necessary procedures had been completed.
The resolution does not specify the particular areas of cooperation, information-sharing mechanisms or obligations of the parties under the agreement.
The document will enter into force ten days after its adoption.
