Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan’s Lolakhon Kodirova won a gold medal in para swimming at the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Para Games, setting an Asian record.
In the women’s 50-metre freestyle final in the S5 class, she clocked 37.88 seconds.
Uzbek para athlete Omadbek Khasanov finished second at the Asian Para Games.
In the men’s T47 long jump final, he recorded a distance of 6.99 metres to claim the silver medal.
